Information pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

Ferdinando Ingenito srl, based in via Michele Pironti, 11 in Nocera Inferiore (SA) as Data Controller pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR), intends to provide clear and complete information on the methods and rights that can be exercised by persons in relation to the processing of their Personal Data, inspired by the established principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency to protect the freedoms and rights of the data subjects.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending electronic communications of an informative and promotional nature from Ferdinando Ingenito srl. The legal basis of the processing is the consent to the processing for the aforementioned purpose. The provision of data is optional. 5. RIGHTS AND METHOD OF EXERCISE

Interested parties may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 and following of the GDPR at any time and precisely: a) have access to personal data that are being processed; b) always obtain the rectification, integration or cancellation of the same or, under certain conditions, the limitation of processing; c) in the cases provided for, oppose the processing; d) revoke the consent (any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the treatments already performed); e) know the updated list of data processors; by sending a request to the e-mail address info@fi-led.it. Interested parties can also lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority ("Privacy Guarantor").

6. TERMS OF STORAGE

The personal data collected will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, subject to compliance with any other rights, obligations or protection requirements under the law.
